ATLAS (also referred to as Atlas Trace, "we," "us") is an early-stage product still in development. This notice explains, in plain language, what information we collect through the waitlist form on atlastrace.ai and how we use it. We'll expand this notice as the product matures.
Product status
ATLAS is being built and is not yet generally available. This site exists to share what we're working on and let interested teams join the waitlist or request early access.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company and role / title
- Your company type and the type of interest you select
- Any message you choose to include
- Basic technical and anti-spam signals (such as submission timing) to help prevent abuse
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Respond to your waitlist, early-access, demo, or partnership request
- Send you updates about ATLAS if you've agreed to be contacted
- Understand which teams are interested so we can prioritize what we build
- Protect the form and our systems from spam and abuse
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the waitlist, and with our connected partner Aspen where relevant to your request.
Please do not submit sensitive case data
The waitlist form is for expressing interest only. Please do not submit sensitive, personal, or case-related data — such as consumer records, account numbers, or information about third parties — through this form. It is not the appropriate channel for that information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us. Consent to be contacted can be withdrawn at any time.
Data retention & security
We keep waitlist information only as long as needed to act on your request and, if you've opted in, to keep you updated. We take reasonable, security-conscious measures to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
